The Red Herb @ San Diego Comic-Con 2013

I was infinitely too busy to share with you every awesome sight I beheld, but throw me a handful of points for trying anyway.  It was touch and go for a while yet, somehow, someway, I survived SDCC ‘13.

I met quite a few folk neck deep in the gaming industry.  That includes a 343 Industries multiplayer designer that took the time to pick my brain on Halo 4 (my 2012 top pick for best of the year), a few members from Square Enix pimping out the extraordinary looking Thief, a lead producer from 2K Games who talked up The Bureau with me, and IGN’s own Greg Miller, who was disarmingly friendly and dove into some rock solid bloggin’ advice without hesitation (you’re a beautiful man, Greg).  Thank you to everyone that took the time out of the Comic-Con insanity to let me pull their ear.

As always, thanks and a dash of kudos to all who stopped at the Glitch booth and allowed me to immortalize them on The Herb (for The Herb is eternal).

I want to show you so, so much more. Phone’s funny about posting...

I want to show you so, so much more.  Phone’s funny about posting photosets, however — funny as in “doesn’t do it at all" — but soon I will share sights untold with you, friends.  Soon.

Hey, all!

Kevin here talking to you from our giant, ridiculous rental house in San Diego, California.  The Herb’s usually world famous content (shut up, just roll with it) has been on the slow side; I’ll admit it.  I just have my phone for internet access and, what with my job shelling out vidja game tees at the Glitch Gear booth smack dab at SDCC, my busy has reached “as hell” proportions.

So, sorry, I love you, and I’ll try to keep you abreast of all the cool shit going down around me.  For sporadic bursts of on-the-scene sarcasm, allow me to direct you to my Twitter:
