Capcom, Namco, and Sega Unveil Their 3DS Franken-Game: Project X...

Capcom, Namco, and Sega Unveil Their 3DS Franken-Game: Project X Zone

Project X Zone (and you’re required to say it ‘Project Cross Zone’ by international law) is the mysterious strategy RPG title Capcom and Namco were working on that eventually brought Sega on board to party.  Little is known about the gameplay except that you’ll engage all-star pairings of characters from across the three Japanese publishers’ catalogs in RPG battles complimented by the 3DS’ lynchpin function.  The final roster is far from being set (including secret characters), so expect more in the way of details as development chugs along.

An international release hasn’t been commented on, or even a Japanese release for that matter, but there’s more than enough screenshots to feast your eyes on and the game is reportedly 50% in the bag.  Ryu and Ken beating the hell out of a Tyrant?  Thank you for reaffirming my 3DS purchase, Japan.
